Meet Your Instructor
I’m Sara Wait, the maker behind Slow Burn candles. As a candle maker and mindfulness advocate, I’m passionate about sharing the intentional practices that fuel my work. I’ve been crafting beeswax candles for years, using locally sourced, toxin-free wax to create pieces that inspire grounding moments in everyday life.
This workshop is an extension of that passion, offering you a space to pause, create, and connect—with yourself and the art of candle making.
Cheryl J
“Everything about this experience was delightful: the space, the first-rate goodies, and Sara's charm as she introduced us to this craft. Even beginners will be pleased with both the candles and memories they bring home!”
Will A
“Sara took the time, thought, and effort to arrange a pleasant and informative event. Her instruction was thorough and complete without making it seems like a rigid, step-by-step process. I would recommend her classes without hesitation.”
