Candle-Use Liability Policy

Introduction

This Candle-Use Liability Policy ("Policy") is designed to outline the terms and conditions for the safe and responsible use of candles produced by Sara Wait Wellness LLC dba Slow Burn ("Slow Burn"). By purchasing and using our candles, customers agree to adhere to the guidelines set forth in this Policy to ensure their safety and the safety of others.

Proper Candle Use

1. Read and Follow Instructions: Customers are required to carefully read and follow all safety and usage instructions provided by Slow Burn on product labels, packaging, and associated materials. These instructions include, but are not limited to, guidelines for burning time, proper placement, and extinguishing procedures. 

2. Never Leave Unattended: Candles must never be left unattended while burning. Customers are responsible for ensuring that candles are extinguished before leaving a room or premises.

3. Keep Away from Flammable Materials: Candles should be placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface and kept away from flammable materials, such as curtains, bedding, paper, and other combustible items.

 4. Keep Out of Reach of Children and Pets: Customers are required to keep candles out of the reach of children and pets. Burning candles should be placed in areas inaccessible to children and pets to prevent accidents.

5. Trim Wicks Properly: Before lighting a candle, customers must trim the wick to the recommended length as specified in the product instructions. Failure to trim the wick may result in uneven burning and potential safety hazards.

6. Use Suitable Candle Holders: As applicable to each candle, Customers should place candles in appropriate candle holders that are heat-resistant and can catch melted wax. This helps prevent accidents and ensures a controlled burn.

Slow Burn expressly warns customers against engaging in any unsafe or negligent practices when using our candles. Misuse or failure to follow the guidelines outlined in this Policy may result in accidents, injuries, or damage to property.

 Liability Disclaimer

Slow Burn shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the instructions provided with our candles. Customers accept full responsibility for the proper use and care of the candles they purchase.

Policy Updates

Slow Burn reserves the right to update this Candle-Use Liability Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review the policy periodically to stay informed about any changes.

By purchasing and using our candles, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Candle-Use Liability Policy.

NO-CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order has been placed, you may not cancel or modify it under any circumstances. No returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted. Slow Burn reserves the right to replace an out-of-stock item for one of comparable price and style. You will be informed of this change.
