The Arboretum’s Winter Wellness Fair is designed to help visitors find nourishment for the body, mind and soul all in one place. Visitors will be invited to come out for the day to shop at the Winter Wellness Market, take a yoga or meditation class, and explore the winter grounds at the Arboretum by walking, skiing or snowshoeing.
This event will allow you to kick off the new year in a healthy, intentional way. Here’s what’s in store:
Winter Wellness Market
Shop the Winter Wellness Market, which is a holistically curated market featuring a selection of local vendors focusing on food, wellness and self-care products and services. Vendors will be positioned throughout the Oswald Visitor Center from 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
Workshops & Classes
Sample from our lineup of workshops and yoga classes, which offer options to explore your personal path and work towards a healthier lifestyle. These are interactive sessions that are scheduled throughout the entire day and guided by local holistic service providers and fitness instructors. View the schedule below for details.
Hamel Nordic Sauna Experience
Don't miss this new on-site sauna and cold plunge from Hamel Nordic Sauna! This is a social sauna experience with 8 spaces available every 30 minutes. Learn more and reserve your session in the schedule below.
Ticket Options:
Arboretum visitors who have general admission tickets are welcome to shop at the Winter Wellness Market and explore the Arboretum grounds.
However, to participate in the workshops and yoga classes, one of the following special admission tickets will be required:
Option 1: Full Access Pass
Visitors are invited to attend all of the workshops and classes offered throughout the day for a flat fee of $55 for members or $70 for non-members. Note: the optional sauna is separate $10 fee. Full Access Pass
Option 2: Single Class or Workshop Pass
Pre-register to attend a single class or workshop using the links provided in the schedule. A single class/workshop is $10 for members and $25 for non-members.
Option 3: Day of Single Pass
Sign up for a class or workshop when you arrive in person on the day of the fair, if spaces are still available. A single drop-in workshop or class is $5 for members and $10 for non-members. Staff will be positioned in front of the MacMillan Auditorium doors to register visitors for a drop-in class or workshop during the fair.
